Soma Bay is a spot located just above Safaga, and 45kms south of Hurghada (International Airport).

Soma Bay offers a beautiful scenery: the Red Sea and the mountains as a backdrop. It's a pretty luxury destination, with nice hotels. There is also one of The plus beautiful golf courses in Egypt in Soma Bay, for those who like to mix kite and golf.

In terms of kitesurfing, the bay is just ideal: the spot is all flat, well winded, and even if the wind blows offshore, the water is shallow and there are plenty of boats to pick you up if need be.

In short, a great destination to progress in peace and relax on beautiful beaches of white sand. It is ideal for a kite trip of a week or 10 days.
