Frontignan Plage / Etang D'Ingril

The lake at Frontignan-Plage is pretty popular as it's an ideal place in terms of weather and learning conditions. Standing-depth for anyone taller than 1.6m, plus the Tramontane receives an extra kick from a Venturi effect. The wooden posts and rocks near the shore are a little awkward, as is the road downwind – so beginner kiters need to be careful there.
